FC Revolution has entered into a working partnership with Commonwealth Orthopaedics Associates.  COA is widely recognized as the most respected Sports Medicine Group in the Region.  FC Revolution joins the following current professional teams who are under the care of COA:  The Reading Phillies and the Reading Royals.

Please note: If you are traveling from the west on Rte. 422 W., MapQuest advises to turn left onto Fairlane Rd. This is not possible. Please turn left at the stop light onto Gibralter Road. At the first stop, turn right onto Demoss Rd. Then at the next stop turn right onto Fairlane Road, and end by turning left into COA parking lot.
