2012/2013 Club Payments

Payment Details - WELCOME to the 2012/2013 CLUB SEASON!


Hello ... and WELCOME to the CLUB!  The 2012/2013 season is shaping up to be the best in club history, and we welcome all of the new and returning players and parents!

Once you have committed to the club, please review the following four steps:

Step 1: Finalize Your Roster Spot

In order to secure the roster position,  players must pay a NON-REFUNDABLE $500 Commitment Deposit within 7 days after notification of acceptance.  (Payment Link in Step 2)

First installment payments are due June 1, 2012.

Players can make one payment in full or pay four installments on the 1st of each of those months - (see specific age group fees).

All club payments can be made online by using VISA, MC, DISCOVER,  or PAYPAL.  Checks should be made payable to:  "GAMEFACE International, LLC".

Upon Selection Notice from the coach, players must confirm roster spots within 7 days.


F.C. Revolution Club fees are payable on-line - click on FC logo to secure roster spot on-line. 

NOTE:  If paying by check, you are still required to register on-line to secure your child's roster spot. Please indicate that you are paying by check at the end of the registration.  Checks should be made payable to:  "GAMEFACE International, LLC"

Step 3: Mail In All Necessary Forms

IMPORTANT!  Please mail a copy of your birth certificate, two 1" x 1" head photos, as well as the following (2) documents to the GAMEFACE Office:

NOTE!  PLAYERS MUST SEND ALL FORMS and PHOTOS in ONE (1) ENVELOPE! RETURNING PLAYERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SEND A PHOTO.

Step 4: Order Uniform Package

Once selected to play for FC Revolution, all players must purchase the mandatory Nike  uniform package. Retuning players are not required to purchase a uniform but may purchase fill in items if needed.


NOTICE TO ALL PLAYERS:  The Club will announce when Soccer Stop will be available for the 2012/2013 Uniform Fittings.
