FC Revolution - 2012/2013 Season Fee Structure
2012/2013 - Consistent 10 Month Speed & Conditioning with PAP
NOTE: All online credit card payments are subject to additional processing fees. Once selected, parents will have the option to pay off-line via check or cash, to avoid the additional charges.
- All players selected are required to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be credited toward the player's 2012/2013 Club Fees. Upon notification from the coach that a player is accepted into the program all players must register online and pay deposit within 7 days. Failure to pay the required deposit by this date may result in the player being removed from the team. Payments must be made payable to: "GAMEFACE INTERNATIONAL, LLC". NOTE: On-Line payment methods are also available @ www.fcrevolution.com
- 2012/2013 Club Fees do not include: Travel, Hotel Costs, Camps, Special Programming, overseas trips, and Uniform Costs.
- All players must purchase the FC Revolution Nike uniform package. Bags and sweats are optional. All ordering, sizing and printing will be handled by The Soccer Stop in Wyomissing, PA.
- The Club will determine the events for all teams with input from the coaching staff, and is subject to change throughout the club season, without prior notice.
- FAMILY DISCOUNT - $500 for the first oldest child and then $350 Deposit is due on 2nd Child and all multiple children from same household.
NOTE: DUE TO EVER-CHANGING OPPORTUNITIES, ALL 2012/2013 PROGAMS, SCHEDULES, AND EVENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
