FC Reading Revolution lost to the defending national finalists - (5-0). The senior Revs played the Admirals with their youngest lineup in the team's two year history. Four current FC U17 players played during the game, including forward Brian Suchoski who played all 90 minutes. "It's difficult enough to play Erie with a full squad, but the young kids performed well," said head coach Mike Moyer. "Erie is a well coached team and they throw numbers at you. Their attack is relentless. We better recover quickly, since we play them next Wednesday." Midfielders Eric Franks and Keegan Moyer also saw their first action of the season, joining U17 players Tyler Dautrich, Austin Marich, and goalkeeper David Sullivan. The Revs are still looking for their first points of the season and hope to have all starters back this Saturday against the New Jersey Blaze.
