F.C. Revolution

The Saturday Winter Academy is open to all players, regardless of  club affiliation.  This instructional program is designed for all players between the ages of 7 - 14. Train with the best,  and make this your exclusive training program for the 2009 - 2010 winter season.

We will be offering three winter sessions. You have the choice of registering for one or all three.

If you are looking to become a better youth soccer player, this is the program for you. Participants in the 2009/2010 Winter Academy Program will  have exclusive training that utilizes the program and methods of the area's leading organization for player development.

Groups will be created based on age and talent.

Training emphasis will target individual ball skills, passing and shooting skills. Some sessions will incorporate speed and agility training. We will be focusing on four main areas of player development:  physical, psychological, technical and tactical components. 

Winter Academy Mission Statement:

The purpose of the Winter Academy is to stimulate player development by creating a challenging soccer environment. The Winter Academy staff will utilize the systematic, age-appropriate methods of the FC Revolution Club. This highly successful program will motivate players to progress to their fullest potential as a player. The Academy experience will generate a new level of enthusiasm and passion for the world’s most popular sport. All the members of the coaching staff are former professional soccer players and/or coaches. Our staff has developed youth players and placed them in the college and professional ranks.

Location: Saturdays @ The Grand Slam Sports Complex

The program consists of 5 training sessions.  Players are required to bring their own balls and drinks.

FEES:

Field Players Ages 7 - 9       $100
Field Players Ages 10 - 12   $100
Field Players Ages 13 - 14   $100
Goalkeepers Ages 7 - 12     $125
