Cf_logo_medium

Hi everyone,

A few people have asked about the CF walk this year.  It will be held on Saturday, May 15, at 10:30, registration opening at 9:30 at the Heritage Center (same place as last year).  You can view Nat's walk page by using this link http://www.cff.org/Great_Strides/LisaGallen.  As always, thank you for supporting Nat and our family in our battle to beat cystic fibrosis.

FC Revolution Blackhawks Volunteer Day

When:  Saturday, December 19, 2009

Time:  8:00am to 3:30pm (they need to be on time)

Location: Salvation Army Distribution Center, 6th and Spring St, Reading

Task:    The girls will be sorting and passing out gifts that have been collected for the less fortunate children of Berks County.

Dear Friends,

On December 11th at 10pm, VIVA BISTRO is hosting an IM ABLE Benefit Dance.
The cost of the event is $10.  Music will be provided by the Groove Dawgs.

This event is a great opportunity to come out, have fun and support the IM
ABLE organization.  By supporting the IM ABLE organization, we can all help
its founder, Chris Kaag, fulfill his goal of helping other disabled human
beings.  Proceeds from the benefit aid the IM ABLE organization to enable
human beings with physical limitations to participate in activities like
cycling and skiing.

As members of the IM ABLE board of directors, we are passionate about
helping this organization as it reminds us each and every day of the very
things that we so often take for granted.  Please join us!

If you would like to learn more about the IM ABLE organization, check out
the website at www.IM-ABLE.org

Sincerely,
